We preform to interviews when hiring a caregiver. We pre screen all of our caregivers thoroughly: Criminal Background, Drug Test, Tb Testing, Diver License, Social Security Card, Car Insurance, MVR Record, Employment Verfication, and More.

Our goal is to have a back up caregiver to provide services in their stead.
