No we like to keep our clients privacy when it comes to there care. However we do share our clients testimonials online.

Yes. Our Registered nurse and administrator.

If so, how often do these supervisors make visits?

Every 92 days or as needed.

If you are dissatisfied with the caregiver, will the agency send someone else?

We will try our best to find a compatible caregiver for your loved one.

Our goal is 1 to 3 days.

Can the agency provide a written plan of care that explains the service to be performed, the days it will provide care, and fees to be charged?

We provide all of our clients with a service plan agreement.

Are there any extra charges for holidays, travel or supervision?

Yes, it’s stated in our service agreement.

What happens if the caregiver calls in sick?

Our goal is to have a back up caregiver to provide services in their stead.

Will the agency always send the same caregiver?

This is our goal to send the same caregiver.However if that is not possible we will send another caregiver.

Although most families prefer the same caregiver, problems may occur when the personal relationship between caregiver and patient becomes too close. A new caregiver may help spot irregularities.
